The proposed IT Park covers key government-owned facilities, including the Ilocos Norte Provincial Capitol, Marcos Hall of Justice, Ilocos Norte Museum, Ilocano Heroes Hall, and the Dap-ayan Commercial Center.
Designed to attract IT and BPO companies, the tech park will offer prime leasable spaces, ranging from 200 to 400 square meters on the 5th to 9th floors of the Dap-Ayan Commercial Center, and 40 to 80 square meters with flexible leasing options at the Capitol Extension. PEZA-registered IT enterprises located within the park will enjoy a variety of fiscal and non-fiscal incentives, along with additional benefits for PGIN as the park’s developer and operator.
Meanwhile, PGIN is finalizing the requirements for the Takuat IT Park in San Nicolas for Presidential Proclamation, further advancing its digital infrastructure goals.
These initiatives of Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc, facilitated by the Ilocos Norte Trade and Investment Promotions Office, emphasize the province’s commitment to economic diversification by expanding opportunities in the digital sector.
The establishment of the Ilocos Norte Tech Park is part of the Provincial Government’s broader push to create a more business-friendly environment by developing quality infrastructure, generating employment, enhancing local revenues, and building a digitally competitive Ilokano workforce.
